Weathers are very very unpredictable nowadays. People tend to fall sick easily and it is rather frustrating to have flue during workdays. Tissue papers with sticky fluid and stuffed nose... To make things worst, after flue, SURELY followed by cough and fever.
SO! Here's a good, easy, yummy way to shoo away flue and cold ~ Ginger Tea!
Personally, I prefer Ginger Tea to panadols or other form of medicines.
First of all, IT FRESHEN YOUR DAY! Unlike cough syrups, Ginger Tea doesn't make us sleepy.
Besides that, you can feel a sense of family warmth flowing through your mouth to your tummy.
The sharp aroma of Ginger Tea can as well as clear up the stuffy path in sneezy nose.
